10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Where our services involve the WhatsApp Business API or Google Rich Communication Services (RCS), users agree to comply with all applicable platform requirements.

Users shall:

  • Obtain valid customer consent before sending messages.
  • Respect customer opt-out requests.
  • Use only approved message templates where required.
  • Avoid sending prohibited, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content.
  • Follow Meta Business Messaging Policy.
  • Follow WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
  • Follow Google RCS Business Messaging requirements.
  • Comply with TRAI and telecom regulations applicable in India.

Users acknowledge that message delivery depends on several external factors, including:

  • Recipient device compatibility
  • Mobile network availability
  • Internet connectivity
  • Meta platform availability
  • Google RCS infrastructure
  • Telecom operator routing
  • Customer privacy settings

VYANKOJI KHOPADE OFFICE does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or successful delivery of every message transmitted through third-party platforms.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that all communications comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and regulatory requirements.
